The resource-agents packages provide the Pacemaker and RGManager service
managers with a set of scripts. These scripts interface with several services
to allow operating in a high-availability (HA) environment.

This update fixes the following bug:

* The rabbit, redis, and galera resource agents read and write cluster attributes that record who has the most recent data. Previously, this was done based on the NODENAME value. However, when using containers, NODENAME pointed to an incorrect destination. With this update, the attribute_target() shell function has been added for use by redis, rabbitmq, and galera. As a result, the attribute destination can now be specified, which ensures that the destination is correct. (BZ#1493915)

In addition, this update adds the following enhancement:

* The NovaEvacuate resource agent has been updated to work with the
the new fence_evacuate agent if available. As a result, it is capable of
making fenced OpenStack instances available again for Asianux OpenStack
Platform versions 9 to 12. (BZ#1497076)

Users of resource-agents are advised to upgrade to these updated packages,
which fix this bug and add this enhancement.
