- libxml2 の xmlschemas.c の xmlSchemaIDCFillNodeTables()
関数および xmlSchemaBubbleIDCNodeTables() 関数には、
メモリ領域の解放後利用の問題があるため、ローカルの攻撃者
により、細工された XML 形式のドキュメントもしくはスキーマ
の処理を介して、データ破壊、および情報の漏洩を可能とする
脆弱性が存在します。(CVE-2024-56171)
- libxml2 の valid.c の xmlSnprintfElements() 関数には、
スタック領域のオーバーフローの問題があるため、ローカルの
攻撃者により、細工された XML 形式のドキュメントの処理を
介して、データ破壊、および情報の漏洩を可能とする脆弱性が
存在します。(CVE-2025-24928)
解決策:
パッケージをアップデートしてください。

libxml2 before 2.12.10 and 2.13.x before 2.13.6 has a use-after-free in xmlSchemaIDCFillNodeTables and xmlSchemaBubbleIDCNodeTables in xmlschemas.c. To exploit this, a crafted XML document must be validated against an XML schema with certain identity constraints, or a crafted XML schema must be used.
