- python-requests には、最初のリクエストが "verify=False"
の設定下で処理され、かつ証明書の検証が無効になっている
場合、その後 verify 値が変更されても同じホストへの後続の
すべてのリクエストにおける証明書の検証を実施しない問題
があるため、ローカルの攻撃者により、細工されたリクエスト
の検証処理を介して、認証の迂回を可能とする脆弱性が存在
します。(CVE-2024-35195)
解決策:
パッケージをアップデートしてください。

Requests is a HTTP library. Prior to 2.32.0, when making requests through a Requests `Session`, if the first request is made with `verify=False` to disable cert verification, all subsequent requests to the same host will continue to ignore cert verification regardless of changes to the value of `verify`. This behavior will continue for the lifecycle of the connection in the connection pool. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.32.0.
