以下項目について対処しました。

[Bug Fix]
- NFS 上で kdump を実行した場合、取得したダンプをリモートのクライアントに保存することに失敗し、かつオリジナルのカーネルを使って再起動する問題を修正しました。

- kdump の init スクリプトを修正しました。

- IDE/ATA ドライバスタックにバグが存在し、kernel-xen を使用したシステムの場合kdump の環境でブートすることができない問題を修正しました。
