Security issues fixed with this release:

• Previously, it was possible for form states to leak between anonymous users. Depending on the nature of the form, the leak could reveal sensitive information. By default, Drupal does not expose such forms to anonymous users, but this could have been altered by contributed modules or individual sites. This has been fixed. The small API changes may require code updates.
